1. Marketing Data Specialist

¥12,000/month + possible bonus

Job Responsibilities
  1.  Identify, analyze and interpret data for marketing campaigns, including customer retention and acquisition, audience selection, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  2. Develop algorithms and interpret patterns to make recommendations that will: increase sales and identify efficiencies for the marketing & sales team
  3.  Communicate business insights to improve positioning, image, and value of the brand
  4.  Identify and collect primary and secondary data variables to holistically assess marketing challenges and opportunities
  5.  Independently pull and manipulate data to determine results and develop data visualizations into relevant conclusions
  6. Executes set up and data pull for analyzing various marketing programs including A/B testing
  7.  Identify and set up processes for data quality checks. Review relevant data sets and analysis to develop detailed and informed insights and implications to inform strategy and decisions
  8.  Organize insights, data, and visualizations into comprehensive stories for distribution to leadership partners in support of internal business decisions
  9.  Provide ad hoc and regular reports on key business metrics
  10.  Review analysis with the manager and team members, and provide guidance to ensure understanding
Requirements
  1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree; a Masters’ Degree is a bonus – degrees in statistics, mathematics, business is preferred
  2. Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written – native English speakers preferred.
  3.  Other languages are appreciated, especially Mandarin
  4.  Proficient computer skills and familiarity with research and statistical software, such as SQL, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, FedStats, Excel
  5. Basic SQL and SAS skills

2. Digital Marketing Associate 

¥10,000/month + possible bonus

Job Responsibilities
  1. Execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company’s products
  2.  Create engaging written, graphic and video content to maintain and increase the company’s social media presence across all digital channels
  3. Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company as well as PPC strategies
  4. Create link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
  5.  Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  6.  Develop, edit and post engaging online content including forums, videos, podcasts, graphics, webinars, webcasts and blogs; monitor content success
  7. Community building- create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to educate and entertain our audience and support marketing goals
  8.  Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  9.  Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  10.  Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  11.  Social media- build and manage the company’s profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  12.  Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  13. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
  14.  Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  15. Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
Requirements
  1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree; a Masters’ Degree is a bonus
  2.  Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written – native English speakers preferred. Professional writer, specifically, strong business writing skills
  3.  Other languages are appreciated, especially Mandarin
  4. Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. HubSpot’s Social Inbox) to monitor social media conversations
  5. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
  6. Excellent writing skills to devise and edit content for various digital platforms
  7. Video editing skills for website and social media content
  8. Strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills

  10. Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  11. Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation and HTML/JavaScript

3. Customer Relations Manager

¥10,000/month + possible bonus

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customers and make them happy
  2. Plan both online and offline plans for customer engagement, such as gifts and online
    customer service responses
  3.  Execute customer service plans and responses
  4. Find creative ways to engage and optimize each customer’s experience and present
    these ideas to management
  5. Create exciting ways to regularly gather customer feedback of products and draw
    meaningful conclusions from the results
  6.  Create, design and distribute exciting customer surveys and questionnaires
  7. Forge, grow and maintain customer relationships
  8. Gather customer data and feedback through reports, polls, and reviews – analyze and present results in detailed descriptions to management
  9.  Regularly report customer experiences and feedback to management and relevant
    departments
  10.  Help customers understand and relate to Mercku’s brand image by being a true brand ambassador
  11.  Design, disseminate and maintain engaging email correspondence with customers
  12. Create, implement and manage customer rebate campaigns, gifts, promotions, letters

  3. Research and apply for relevant conferences, as well as keynote speaking opportunities, and complete applications to a high standard to secure conference positions
  4. Research relevant awards opportunities and complete applications to a high standard to obtain the award and help promote a positive brand image
  5. Research relevant media, interview and article opportunities and liaise with clients to negotiate the promotion of the brand image
  6. Research and collaborate with stakeholders, related experts, and organizations to gather engaging marketing content that represents the brand image, and develops cross-promotion and branding opportunities
  7. Research, report on and present market trends that are of value to the brand

¥12,000/month + possible bonus

Job Responsibilities
  1. Branding tasks including both online and offline branding – online branding related to
    product design, websites, interfaces, while offline branding related to shelving, product packaging, as well as promotional materials
  2. Alignment of branding tasks with overall company objectives and goals
  3. Assist in researching, developing and implementing a branding image to align with
    competitors and strategically target customers
  4.  Analyze the brand to identify and compare with competitors, pinpoint weak points, andn find solutions and opportunities to strengthen the brand image
  5. Present clear research reports to management to help develop and implement branding strategies
  6. Conduct SEO and find creative ways to elevate the content and branding to achieve
    better search results online
  7. Assist in aligning the brand across all relevant materials, such as the website, business cards, locations, store displays, employee training manuals and promotional materials
