Entry-Exit Health Check Centre Chengdu

Address: 10, North Tongzilin Rd., Wuhou District 武侯区人民南路四段28号桐梓林北路10号
Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-12pm. It is advised to go before 10AM.
Cost: 523RMB (Cash, bank card, WeChat or Alipay).
For Visa: Your results will come back in 5 days. If you need your results sooner you can ask for them to send it by express post (additional 20RMB) to your address in Chinese. They can send it by the next day.
Ensure you gave 3-4 copies of your passport-size photos at hand and also between 500-600 RMB in case you need to do the whole medical examination.
Note: Do not eat breakfast. We’d suggest going early since you have to fast for the blood work.

Will this work for Coronavirus check up certificate too?
No, need a special test kit for that, and designated fever clinics (check: https://chengdu-expat.com/healthcare-hospitals-chengdu/) will probably only use them if you show symptoms.
Thanks for the info but it would be more convenient if there was a phone number as well.
