Think of this as a local twist on the Bookworm. Established by local entrepreneurs, Lanchong combines your standard upscale Chinese coffee house with a (Chinese language) book store stocking periodicals, novels and special interest titles that are free to read for customers. Its young fashionista clientele sip on foreign coffee (28RMB), flower tea (38-68) and ginger coke (25) while surfing the free wireless connection. Fried rice, noodles and french fries are available. Décor is classier than most.
