Born To Be Brave Art Exhibition
The World Bank reports there are 1 billion people living with disability worldwide. “Born to be BRAVE” art exhibition is raising awareness on the hidden talents of hearing impaired children.
Having been born with disabilities, many disabled children lack opportunities in education, music, dance, and arts worldwide. Stephen Hawking, one of the most brilliant theoretical physicists since Einstein made significant contribtions regardless of his limitations. Stephen was a director of research at The University of Cambridge until his death in 2018. Beethoven continued to compose music even with his hearing loss. In 2013, Harvard Law School graduated the first deaf and blind lawyer “ Haben Girma”.
“Born to be BRAVE” exhibition funding will create opportunities for hearing impaired students to explore their interests and talents in music.
