Nothing better than start a sunny weekend with a good coffee and a tasty selection of brunch delicacies : a light smoked salmon on top of a creamy and soft pochee egg: velvety parma ham on top of perfectly cooked eggs benedict; tasty freid eggs in tomato sauce with crunchy italian guanciale or a refreshing avocado toast; at each its own!
