The 2018 Run East, is an event celebrating 3200 years of Chengdu history and culture. There will be a race through the city, where you will have to check in at famous Chengdu scenic spots, not only getting some exercise but a huge dose of Chengdu culture, history and a taste of traditional Chengdu cuisine. At night, there will be an electronic music festival with famous musicians from China and abroad to celebrate the end of the epic race and and party into the New Year.

2018 Run East is a competitive scavenger hunt, where you must e-check-in at all the chosen spots. These check-in point will span culture, history, food, tourism and other suprises.

Game Rules
4 + 1 MODE will make up the teams. This means each group can have:
4 international players & 1 Chinese player.
The Organizing Committee will assign teams and designated the Chinese team leader to aid the game play.
Gameplay Upgrades:
Play with the online check-in-points, and an APP instead of a traditional paper map.
Technology Upgrades:
The intelligent online application makes orienteering easier and more fun for rapid gameplay.
