Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the European Union, the 8th “Chengdu Europe Culture Season” event presents a spectacular array of 11 cultural and artistic experiences held all over town. Including art exhibitions, concerts, theater performances, film week, and themed events, set to enliven Chengdu’s spring and summer.

The Chengdu Europe Culture Season, co-organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Chengdu Municipal People’s Government, the European embassies and consulates in China, and international sister cities, has been successfully held for eight editions since 2017. It has introduced more than a hundred brilliant cultural and artistic events, becoming a bridge of friendship that promotes mutual understanding and appreciation of the shared beauty between Chengdu and Europe, as well as an important platform for cultural exchange and resonance between the two regions.
