Online Yoga Classes with Veronika from Nepal
Veronika, RYT 450 qualified. Originally from the Czech Republic, she has an Asian soul. She started yoga practice in Europe at the age of 17. Her special interest in Asian cultures and Buddhism has brought her to China and Nepal and made her stay here. By the end of 2021, she had been teaching yoga part-time for 5 years. At that time, she decided to become a full-time yoga teacher and founded Ganesha Yoga Center. She is certified in Sivananda Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. She is also a Level 2 Reiki healer. A yoga lover and practitioner.
