REDGE Art & Life Festival
The REDGE Contemporary Art Center is delighted to announce the “REDGE Art & Life Festival” in Chengdu, taking place from 27th to 28th September. REDGE Contemporary Art Center will be holding an event at the Yongan Lake Urban Forest Park. This will be an opportunity to explore the intersection of art, culture, environmental protection and nature. The event will also examine the potential for a dynamic and beneficial relationship between art and life.
The REDGE Contemporary Art Center is pleased to announce the opening of a month-long exhibition of Italian artist Giuseppe De Mattia’s “Nature is quite easy” landscape art installation. This will be accompanied by a public education programme, including a flower handcrafted art experience workshop, which will bring the audience a wonderful “chemical reaction”. The exhibition will be accompanied by the Kung Fu – Flower Handicraft Experience Workshop, which will provide attendees with a distinctive art experience in a natural setting.
The launch of the exhibition also marks the official commencement of the collaboration between REDGE Contemporary Art Center and SEE Foundation – Luhu Bottle Bank, with the objective of making a contribution to the cause of environmental protection. Furthermore, a comprehensive Italian art and lifestyle bazaar will be held, featuring renowned Italian brands, lifestyle aesthetics, gourmet food and wine, as well as classic Italian films, with the objective of integrating art into everyday life. During the event, Italian curator Della Ragione Jacopo and REDGE Contemporary Art Center will announce the launch of the 2025 Italian Young Artist Incubation Program, which will facilitate Sino-Italian cultural exchange and artistic innovation.
REDGE Contemporary Art Center extends an invitation to visitors to take a stroll along Yongan Lake and explore the infinite possibilities of art in a dialogue between art and nature, searching for the resonance of the soul.
