December 10: The Big Christmas Brunch
The monthly brunch at Fairmont Chengdu has reached legendary status in the city, known for having out-of-this-world food, great vibes, and free flow bubbles. After our previous SOLD OUT brunch events, we are once again partnering with them on Sunday 10th December, for The Big Chengdu Christmas Brunch!
Festive Food
The Fairmont culinary team will serve a wide array of deliciousness, featuring all your favorites, such as roast lamb, fresh sushi, a cheese & cold cuts counter, all the breakfast trimmings, beautiful cuts of roasted meat, and more. You can enjoy seafood like freshly shucked oysters, sashimi, tuna, red snapper, home cured salmon, and seasonal clams. The made-to-order main courses offer some of the city’s best dining experiences.
Christmas specials will be found at the carving station, and include roasted turkey, honey glazed ham, roasted sausage, stuffing, Brussels sprouts, baked potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce – and MORE!
Also we will have live cooking for special courses such as goose liver, sea bass and Wagyu beef which will provide a high energy, authentic Christmas atmosphere to the guests.
One of the definite favorites at Spectrum is the Dessert counter; The famous head of pastry Susan will be whipping up a wide selection of Christmas sweet treats including hazelnut chocolate cake, cupcakes, matcha cheese mousse, mango mousse, strawberry tart, Christmas cookies, coconut latte mousse, a variety of pudding and ice cream. Ho ho ho!
