About Tony Chou
Tony Chou is a native Chinese comedian of 11 years from Beijing. Tony is the first world touring comedian from China and one of the very few who have been doing stand up comedy in English. Though he is now more based in New York, he flies back and forth between America and Asia. Tony Chou has brought his English comedy to 10 different countries/regions in America, Europe and Asia, and now the list is still going longer. The Clubs Tony has been working in New York include the Comedy Cellar, Q.E.D, and West Side Comedy Club and New York Comedy Club, EastVille Comedy Club.
He has performed with America based comics like Ronny Chieng, Des Bishop, Wil Sylvince, Tom Rhodes and more all over these years. Tony’s comedy stories have been featured on New York Times, CNN, Economist BBC, The Atlantic, Bloomberg, AP, Sinovision, CCTV, China Radio International, China Daily, Global Times, NBT-World (Thailand) and so on.
