The House Collective x Baccarat Champagne Cocktails
This December, The House Collective will launch a first-ever collaboration with Baccarat, one of France’s most established artisan of crystal glassware in conjunction with its Harcourt Collection 180th Anniversary, and feature an enchanting celebratory affair showcasing its latest creative endeavours across all four Houses.
Each of the Houses’ team of mixologists will design three champagne cocktails alongside with one special Baccarat cocktail “Harcourt 180” presented in the Harcourt 1841 glass, currently served at the Baccarat Maison in Paris for the Harcourt anniversary. The limited-time House champagne cocktail series present new creative flavours and contemporary twist to classics, served in the bold Harcourt Collection of crystal glassware.

Harcourt 180
Presented in the Harcourt 1841 glass, this special Baccarat cocktail is currently served at the Paris Baccarat Maison in celebration of the crystal glassware artisan’s 180th anniversary. Featuring Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur and floral notes from bergamot, the Campari-based libation is topped with champagne for a refreshing fizz.
Red Jasper
Taking inspiration and its name from the auspicious quartz stone, this cocktail features Peddlers Salted Plum gin alongside plum liqueur, perfumed with elderflower syrup and splashed with champagne.
Garnet
Lapsang-infused sakura vermouth takes centre stage in this tribute to the garnet stone, a representation of loyalty and eternal love, with fig campari gives it a gorgeous deep purple-red tint.
Jadeite
A light and crisp cocktail, this jade-inspired gin drink has both a champagne fizz and citrusy kick that complements housemade garden-fresh gardenia basil syrup.
