King’s College School Chengdu will welcome its first pupils in September 2021 and, at capacity, will serve more than 2,100 students from 3 to 18 years of age. The school combines the best of Chinese and western approaches to learning and academic excellence.

King’s College School Chengdu is the third school in the King’s family. We aim to create a learning community which integrates the best of international and Chinese education. KCS Chengdu’s mission is to provide differentiated education for the development of each student together with the holistic educational philosophy at King’s underpin the ethos of our school.
For Chinese and international pupils aged 3-18 years, we strive to educate young men and women who will be innovative and collaborative while appreciating their own and other cultures and traditions. They will understand the importance of a world view and global issues in order to make a positive contribution to society in the future.

At capacity, King’s Chengdu will serve more than 2,100 students from 3 to 18 years of age, offering a blended curriculum that combines the best of Chinese and western approaches to learning and academic excellence. The school will benefit from state-of-the-art facilities and is set to open in September 2021.
