Inspired by the works of our founder and members, this year, CDPC will introduce an activity that you will be looking forward every October – WALKinDU, a photo walk by Chengdu Photo Club.

成都339 Tower, Mengzhuiwan Binhe Road (猛追湾滨河路)

WALKinDU will deep dive into different places and streets of Chengdu (including its outskirts), and capture it. Through the photographs from the photo walk, we will be able to exhibit the culture, people, changes and what’s happening in different areas of Chengdu.

The objective of WALKinDU is to promote a harmonious relationship (关系) as well as the camaraderie (友情) among the photographers of Chengdu, both local and laowai. And to have fun together

Our theme for this year one, “LIFE at FUHE RIVER: A StreetDocu”. We will record what’s new and remains at the surrounding of Fuhe River, from Sichuan TV tower (成都339地区) down to Lan Kwai Fong area (兰桂坊地区). Amar with CDPC team will lead us the WALKinDU.

Being creative and inspiring. Apart from the photo walk activity, best photos from the activity will be selected and will be published in CDPCs WeChat official account, facebook page, instagram (and hopefully on exhibition) with your name+WeChat contact.
