Instructions to Applicants 申请须知

The registered permanent residence of either of the parties concerned must be under the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province.
For documents required for Sichuan residents and foreigners respectively, please refer to the detailed info on the website of the Chinese-Foreign Marriage Pre-examination and Reservation System of Sichuan Province.
Online pre-examination is required for marriage registration online reservation.

一方当事人户口需在四川省辖区内。
四川居民及外国人所需提交材料请参考四川涉外婚姻预审预约网具体信息。
进行结婚登记网上预约前，需完成网上预审。

Steps for Online Pre-examination 网络预审步骤

Scan the QR code to enter the Chinese-Foreign Marriage Pre-examination and Reservation System of Sichuan Province, click on “Marriage registration Pre-examination”-“Pre-examination”;

扫描二维码进入四川涉外婚姻预审预约网，点击“结婚登记预审”一“我要预审”；

Read the Agreement on Online Pre-examination of Marriage Registration carefully, check “I have read and agreed in detail the ‘Agreement on Online Pre-examination of Mariage Registration'” and “Agree”;

仔细阅读结婚登记网上预审协议，选中“已经详细阅读并同意《结婚登记网上预审协议》”并点击“同意”;

Fill in the personal information, and upload the required documents for pre-examination, enter contact information (a landline or cell phone number in Chinese mainland, skip this step if it is not) and verification code, and click “Next” to complete the submission.

填写男女双方信息，上传预审所需材料，输入联系方式(需是中国大陆座机或手机，如无可不输入）及验证码，并点击“下一步”，提交完成。

Tips 特别提示

You can check the pre-examination result or withdraw the pre-examination application online at the Chinese-Foreign Marriage Pre-examination and Reservation System of Sichuan Province.

Steps for Online Reservation 网络预约登记步骤

Scan the QR code to enter the Chinese-Foreign Marriage Pre-examination and Reservation System of Sichuan Province, click on “Marriage registration Reservation”-“Reservation”;

扫描二维码进入四川涉外婚姻预审预约网，点击“结婚登记预约”一“我要预约”；

Enter both parties’ ID numbers and click on “Search” for the pre-examination result
输入双方证件号码并点击“查询”查看预审结果

Then make an appointment to the marriage registration offices

预约好时间，即可前往指定婚姻登记处进行婚姻登记

Tips 特别提示

Make an appointment in advance to reduce the waiting time for on-site marriage registration services. You can also prepare all the required documents and go to the designated marriage registration offices directly.
