Saigon Spice combines traditional Vietnamese cuisine with modern cooking concepts, making Vietnamese flavors more in line with the tastes of the general public.
A Vietnamese chef and a local chef team have joined hands to create “Vietnamese Flavors, Local Experience”. By combining traditional Vietnamese spices and techniques with local taste adjustments, they present classic dishes such as Vietnamese pho and Vietnamese spring rolls. Special dishes include sugarcane shrimp cakes and lemongrass grilled meat.
We attach great importance to the diversity and seasonality of our dishes. With fresh ingredients and light seasonings, we use natural sour, spicy, fresh, fragrant and low-fat ingredients to bring you “Vietnamese healthy diet”.
