2026 Chengdu ChunYou Music Festival
Held in April every year, ChunYou is a two-day outdoor party experience that features a diverse line-up of bands, DJs and artists from around the country. Over the past years, it has become the most well-loved grassroots music festival in Chengdu.
The festival is about music, people and creative expression. It’s not just a party, but an outlet for discovery — which is why more and more music lovers make the pilgrimage here every year. ChunYou is an adventure to be lived to the fullest. From site design to programming, we’re always thinking of ways to create a fully immersive open-air experience. Walk around, explore the exhibitions, attend workshops, meet new people — you never know what you might find.
ChunYou is majority self-funded. Your support helps us break even and make it happen.

Can I come to the festival site on Friday?
No. Gates open at 12:00 PM on Saturday 11 April.
Yes. ID is required for both entry and re-entry.
* 入Entry Guide:
(1) Ticket Exchange: Go to the Ticket Exchange tent > Open your Ticket Wallet in the ShowStart App > Tap the QR code > Verify your ticket > Receive your wristband.
(2) Check-in: Security check > Show your wristband, ID and facial recognition.
* Our ticket scanners only support Chinese ID cards. If you’re using a passport or a Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan permit, please see gate staff to verify your ticket.
* Re-entry:
To re-enter the festival, go through security again with ID, wristband and facial recognition.
* Note: Only purchase tickets via the ShowStart App. The festival is not responsible for any unauthorized purchases or fake tickets.
Do kids need a ticket?
Free entry for children under 1.5m.
How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Each ticket can be transferred once using the Showstart App.
Transfers must be made before 8:00 PM on Saturday 11 April
◎ Transport
Vehicles may not enter the festival site. You may park in the car park or on the road. Space is limited.

responsibility for tickets purchased elsewhere
(2) Please bring lD to verify your ticket and get your wristband at the gate.
(3 )All audience members must hold a valid ticket to enter the festival. Tickets are non-refundable.
