Charity Winter Clothing Drive

This Saturday, March 2nd, Chengdu Comedy Club will be holding a charity event at The Beer Nest to collect Winter clothing and send them to Xichang Charity Social Services Center in Liangshan. If you have any warm clothes and blankets that you aren’t using and would like to donate, if you drop them off to the The Beer Nest on Saturday evening (open from 6pm), we will mail them to the center. These items will be given to people who are suffering from Leprosy. If you would like to donate money which will help with the shipping costs, that is also possible – contact us and we can share the QR code of one of the representatives from the charity. None of the comedians will be profiting off of this event as it will be free and we are not compensated. The goal is to raise awareness of what this organization is doing and try to help them out.
