The long anticipated Butcher’s Club series is back in the House over this weekend. Mr. Tim Hollands, a guest Butcher from Australia, will prepare and serve during both the brunch and dinner. They provide the premium Wagyu and Angus beef which were raised on hundreds of acres of lush green pastures in Australia. Tender, juicy in texture and full-flavoured, with generous marbling throughout.
