Good afternoon, our company OOO TC OPORA transferred money on September 28 to the client of your bank Chengdu Dellix Industrial Co., Ltd. A copy of the swift telegram is attached. However, according to our supplier, the money has not yet been credited to the account of Chengdu Dellix Industrial Co., Ltd.. Please let us know why there was such a delay. Now, due to a delay in crediting money to your client’s account, the execution of the contract is disrupted. I ask for your assistance in urgently resolving this issue.
