Mesos’s main goal is to establish a food & beverage restaurant that is conscious and healthy for individuals.
They avoid the use of industrial oils and processed foods. While remaining vegan friendly and thinking of a environmental impact.
Their philosophy is to provide excellent food and beverage with the best and freshest ingredients available, cooperate with and support local entrepreneurs who share a similar mindset.
Mesos was opened by Matthias Schumm and his wife in January 2020. Matthias is an Austrian native and well trained as a chef. He has experience spanning over 3 continents and 12 countries. living and working in China for the past 17 years, he is keenly aware of global standards in the food & beverage industry. Including the changing tastes and preferences of today.

Excellent food, huge selection, large variety of drinks (European beer/wine, whiskey, long drinks)
OMg!! The food is amazing ! Top chef Matthias provides premium menu with personal attentiveness. Don’t leave Chengdu without a visit to Mesos!
