Dr. Eduardo Yoshida

MD, AMA(hons) SAMI(Int Med) AChRA IMADA 

Medical Director – Chengdu International Medical Center

Dr. Eduardo Yoshida is one of Chengdu’s few foreign doctors serving the expat community. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Japanese, he brings over 24 years of global medical experience. He holds three specialist degrees in general practice, internal medicine, and adult critical care.

In addition to the academic achievement, he wrote 9 medical research papers in the medical field. He trained doctors and taught semiology and internal medicine in Universidad Abierta Interamericana of Buenos Aires. He has obtained a post graduate certificate in Chiropractic and Acupuncture.

He earned his medical degree from National Medical Sciences University in La Plata, Argentina, and completed his residency there. Dr. Yoshida also founded the “Saludnikkei” medical center in Argentina, combining physiotherapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic techniques.

Since moving to China in 2014, he has worked as a medical director in Nanjing, Guangzhou, and now Chengdu. His clinical interests include rheumatology, metabolic disease, diabetes, and emergency care for adults, children, and gynecological patients.

Dr. Tracy Shin Cheng
Dentists, USA

Dr. Tracy Shin Cheng is part of the Global Doctor Chengdu team. Originally from the USA, Dr. Cheng completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. She later earned a degree in Stomatology from Sichuan University and completed her internship at Hua-Xi Hospital.

Dr. Cheng is licensed in China and specializes in invisible aligners and teeth whitening. She is a certified E-Cligner provider and continues to pursue advanced training in both local and overseas programs.

Dr. Chen

Dermatologist, China

Dr. Chen brings his expertise in cosmetic dermatology to Global Doctor. He earned his medical degree from Sichuan University and is currently pursuing a doctorate at Tübingen University in Germany. He has trained at Ludwig Hospital and Peking University, gaining broad experience in cosmetic dermatology.

He treats conditions such as acne, flat warts, allergies, scars, and varicose veins. His specialties also include cosmetic surgery for pigment removal and under-eye bags. Dr. Chen speaks English and Chinese.

Dr. Xi Wang

Internist, Chinese

A senior member of the Global Doctor Chengdu medical team, Dr. Wang graduated from the Medical English Class at West China University of Medical Sciences. He has extensive experience in cardiology, emergency medicine, and occupational health.

Over the years, he has worked in both public hospitals and private clinics, including Chengdu 3rd People’s Hospital and Parkway Dalian Clinic. Dr. Wang has also served as the on-site doctor for companies like Daimler, Genesis, and Chevron.

He is also active in corporate training, offering lectures on first aid and workplace health. Dr. Wang speaks Chinese and English.

Located inside the Chengdu Medical Center, the Global Doctor Dental Studio offers international-standard care in a comfortable setting.

The dental team includes professionals from Taiwan, the U.S., Singapore, and Thailand. They follow strict Western protocols, from materials to customer service. The studio also offers false tooth services and regularly attends continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
