- Accommodation registration:
Foreigners or those providing accommodation to foreigners, residing outside of hotels, must register with the local public security authorities within 24 hours of the foreigners’ arrival. This registration can be completed by the individual or the host.
- Housing lease contract:
In order to protect the rights and interests of both sides, it is necessary to sign a house lease contract with the landlord to agree on relevant matters. After signing the contract, it is also necessary to go to the Housing Bureau of the place of residence for filing.
- 住宿登记：外国人在旅馆以外的其他住所居住或者住宿的，应当在入住后 24 小 时内由本人或者留宿人，向居住地的公安机关办理登记。
- 房屋租赁合同：为了保障双方权益，租房时务必与房主签订房屋租赁合同，约定相关事宜。签订合同后还需前往辖区房管局进行备案。
