Dear Sir/ Madam
My son & I are Singaporeans. From 2011-2017, we were residing in Chengdu. Currently, I’m living in Canada. We’re immigrating to Canada. Canada’s Immigration requires us to obtain a “non-criminal record” or police certificate to prove that we’ve not violated any laws during our stay in Chengdu from 2011-2017. May I know how can I go about to obtain this non-criminal record, certifying that we’ve not committed any offence during our stay in Chengdu, without making a personal visit to Chengdu?
