I was today there. Totally disaster. International department phone nobody picks up. Going there also no help. They don’t support Chinese even when they have only international insurance. They sent us to emergency. After three hours all the inspections done. But had to wait another Five hours for the results. After the results were completed they told us they forgot at the XRay station to make the shots. Finally it was late evening and they told us emergency doesn’t treat it we have to come another day to see another department. My Chinese wife was the patient. I went in healthy but now I feel sick because of all that chaos.
