Sichuan Cuisine Museum 川菜博物馆
This museum is an absolute paradise for foodies. Not only can you learn all about the culture and history behind Sichuan’s world-famous cuisine, there are also traditional snacks waiting to be gobbled up throughout the museum.
This museum is truly unique in that you can learn and eat at the same time! There are also excellent cooking demonstrations that museum guests can get involved in, giving everyone a chance to master the art of making tasty local food.
The whole tour costs 360RMB per person, which includes entrance and cooking experiences (three dishes).
At the end of the tour, guests will be awarded a certificate of “Auguste Gusteau”.
English interpreters are available for the experience, costing 200 RMB.
