Han Lin
Founder, Healthy Gourmet
Han is one of the founders of Healthy Gourmet. He was born in Taiwan and later grew up in the Philippines. Already since his early years he has been a model and tried almost all type of sports.
After moving to China 10 years ago, he shifted is attention more and more to the practice and study of nutrition and various forms of diets. Being a practical person, Han aims to apply different diets on himself to improve his health and testing their effects. Though he realized that living in Chengdu is a big challenge to do so as the normal foot here often contains too much oil, salt, MSG and other additives. This is the reason why he opened Healthy Gourmet, creating and providing a healthy eating lifestyle that people can afford to eat everyday.
