I’m Amar Shrestha, originally from Nepal, currently live in Chengdu. I’m a product and architecture photographer by profession. Photography instructor at Chengdu International Photo Club. My passion for photography started back in 2010, Street photography is all about storytelling for me tried to capture and share different lifestyle and cultures through street photography. My most recognizable documentary photograph is in February 2020 at fight against COVID-19 well recognized by Xinhua news, CGTN, Kantipur TV (Nepal TV), Sichuan tv, China daily many other national and international news and social media channels this means a lot to me.
A professional graphic designer with 10 years of experience and a senior travel photography enthusiast. His works have been exhibited in New York. He has traveled all over the Americas and the European continent and captured the cultures he experienced along the way. He spent 8 months backpacking throughout Europe, passing by countries such as Albania, Ukraine, Georgia, etc., and used camera to explore Eurasian countries with rich history.
