Who do I speak to if I’m unable to get my transfer paperwork after being fired by my school? I have already secured a new school but the school that fired me won’t give me any of the paperwork including my work permit card so I’m unable to start.

Officials in Chengdu act really unprofessional, screaming at the visitors, replying to questions “我不知道” “没有为什么”。

I would like the thank the staff at PSB Chengdu, always under pressure due to the virus and it’s consequences with countries shutting boarders, flights being cancelled and foreigners with bad attitudes.
I would like to say that I am back in Australia and hopefully can travel back to beautiful China sometime in the future.

Horrible communication. Explicit hatred toward foreigners (both counter 4 and payment desk), with a desire to humiliate. They talk to foreigners so mean, like a mean master to a dog, i saw payment counter yelling at another client. They talk in short directives, disrespectful, mean, rude, degrading tone and say its normal in China. In 2 months of traveling its the first time i hear someone talk to me and other peopke like that. Thats not normal. Miserably low level, very disappointing.

Slow Service, miserable staff, archaic administration and generally managed so poorly that I assume the upper-management is permanently on vacation.
The staff here take no pride in their work, they seem to have no concern for their appearance or demeanor, especially in the ‘foreigners’ section on the third floor.
They are proud of their new coffee machine, yet don’t bother to check that there are cups available for use (oh, and it’s not cheap either..)
I dread my annual visit to this special circle of hell.

70% of my visits here had slow service, delays, and lack of communication regarding any issues or problems with an application.
Many of the staff are lovely and friendly, but there’s one clearly very miserable woman there that really shouldn’t be working with the public- it’s an absolute downer if you get her as your point of contact.
