Common Rare’s first ever creative market in Chengdu is about to launch at MEWS-Youth Cultural Space Luxelakes Water City from June 16 to 18th. We will be bringing our 4th installment of “Common Gathering” to our friends and market lovers there. Within those three days, you will find more than 120+ independent brands all gathered together celebrating this lifestyle festival.
Not only will we have home goods, vinyl records, accessories, clothing, indie prints and illustrations, but we will also have all your cravings covered too! Ranging from local Yunnan cuisine to street tacos, delicate patisseries to the most flavorful ice cream. You name it! Just remember- “Diet starts tomorrow”!
Live DJ, singer/guitar duo performances and DIY workshops are also scheduled throughout the event so keep an eye out for that.

MEWS – Youth Cultural Space
MEWS is the place where this “Common Gathering” will take place. It is a space focussed on youth cultural – planned and operated by α7CreatorLab. The 1260㎡ venue explores local youth culture and experiential content in an experimental way. MEWS goal is to mobilize multiple is experiences, discuss the value of content, and provide a platform for the frontier of the youth culture scene.
