Its cocktail menu was created in collaboration with award‑winning bar Hope & Sesame, mixing fine whiskeys and creative signature drinks alongside classic cocktails.
Drawing inspiration from Ralph Lauren’s personal favourites, the venue serves authentic Polo‑Bar‑style American cuisine. Seasonal dishes range from a crispy chopped salad and crab cakes to a corned beef sandwich, steak, and the standout signature Polo Bar Burger – a juicy, must‑try menu highlight. Guests can also finish their evening with rich, indulgent desserts.
