B Active has a new location!
Join B-Active as they celebrate a healthy and fit lifestyle on Saturday December 19th at their new Yiguanmiao branch!
B Active will provide food, drinks, music, and a lucky draw for memberships and other prizes. There will also be a friendly competition and free group classes for anyone to join!
We will get things started at 6:30pm with opening ceremonies.
At 7pm we start the activities with a rowing challenge. Objective is the first to get to 500 meters.
– Next up is a jump rope challenge! Don’t trip up! We start with 10 participants at a time. If you stop jumping for any reason, you’re removed from the challenge! Last one jumping moves on he the next bracket!
– Ping pong scramble! Remember hungry hungry hippos as a kid? Well, it’s sort of like that only this time you try to get all the ping pong balls you can (one at a time!) and place them in your bucket.
– Finally we move onto the plank challenge. This one is pretty straightforward – last one planking wins!
