📋 活动注意事项｜Event Notes
1. 请带一道你国家或家乡的代表食物
（不限菜品，不限分量，够分享即可）
Please bring a dish from your country or hometown
– any dish is welcome, just enough to share.
2. 请准备一段1-2分钟的食物介绍
（中英皆可）
跟大家分享这道菜背后的故事或文化
Prepare a 1-2 minute introduction
(in Chinese, English, or both) about your dish
– share the story or culture behind it.
3. 如有食物过敏或忌口
请在报名时备注，
我们会提前告知其他参与者
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions
please note them when you register.
We’ll let other participants know in advance.
4. 建议自备环保餐具
（叉子、筷子、杯子等）减少一次性用品使用
To reduce single-use waste,
bringing your own reusable utensils is encouraged
(fork, chopsticks, cup, etc.)
5. 活动现场会提供基础的餐具和饮品
Basic tableware and drinks will be provided
6. 活动语言为中英双语
不用担心语言障碍
The event will be conducted in both Chinese and English
– no language barriers here!
