Do you love the outdoors and have and a bit of an adventurous side? Join us to celebrate Earth Day and escape the city for a fun filled day with family and friends on Sunday April 22nd.
Activities
In the morning guest can enjoy a jungle hike in the beautiful grounds of Andaman Village – which will be lead by expert guides, who will explain the relevance of Earth Day and talk guests through all the local flora and fauna.
During the afternoon, Chengdu-Expat guests can enjoy:
Adult Activities: Zip lining/Archery/Hubaba Adventure Park: Rock climbing, adventure tower, rope course Kids Activities: Kids Zipline, Hubaba Kids Park, Trampoline Park, earth day activities.
Tree-Top Zipline
Treetop zip lining and a flying fox climbing are also provided up in the trees allowing you from swing from tree to tree with exceptional scenery.
Archery
A covered archery range to shoot short range at 7 meters, or long range at 10 meters. Arm protectors area vailable to make sure you stay safe whilst hitting the target.
Flying-fox Climbing Rope Course
You can also partake in wood paintings and plant rubbings. Wood painting where you create paintings on the slices of trees, cultivating your imagination and practical ability and plant rubbing printed on the sketching paper including the name, scientific name, genus, growth environment and features.

The event is being held in the luscious eco-resort, Andaman Village in Dujiangyan. The site has an adventure park, hiking trails, petting zoo and gourmet restaurant. The resort covers over 4800mu including the Twinkle Valley – a tranquil bamboo forest, offering luxury tree house style cabins. Each of the 17 unique tree houses are themed around a different zodiac sign and accommodate between 2 and 20 people. For those really looking for an adventure there are also places to pitch your tent and enjoy the open air. There are also extensive hiking trails around the ground of the resort.
