Key Responsibilities:

• Source, plan, arrange, manage and attend some of the coolest events in Chengdu
• Help build the brand in new and exciting circles via a variety of events such as:
o Wine Tasting
o Networking Events
o Charity Events
o Club Nights
o Comedy Nights
o Pool Parties
o Festivals and much more
• Arrange logistics from A-Z for your events (with support from the Events Manager and head office team based in Beijing)
• Share the CHEERS love and ethos throughout everything you do

Person Specification:

• Confident, bubbly and outgoing personality
• Chinese and English speaker
• IT literate and able to use word, excel etc
• A positive can-do attitude
• Great communicator, ability to make people smile from the CEO to the cleaner
• Well organized with good record-keeping skills
• Determined individual, looking for a positive, rewarding career in a fascinating and fast-paced environment
• Someone who’s long-term objective is happiness
