22 years ago, a baby girl was discovered at Chengdu Railway Station. She is now asking for help to track down her biological parents or the people that found her. The information she has is very limited, but the Chengdu Children’s Welfare Institute has provided some basic details to help her.
Linsey is also looking for this woman who took care of her at the orphanage
A letter from Linsey:
My name is Linsey, I am 22 years old and I live in The Netherlands. I was adopted when I was 5 months old. I was found at Chengdu Railway Station when I was about 3 days old and brought to the Chengdu Children’s Welfare institute, where I got the name: Su Dan.
When the train station worker found me there was a small letter, which said my date of birth is the 3rd of March 1996. My navel cord was still attached so they could tell I was about 3 days old. We received all of this information from people at the orphanage, so don’t have any proof that this information is correct or not.
Linsey’s adopted parents from the Netherlands
I am searching for my biological parents and/or potential siblings. I also want to find the nurse who has taken care of me in the orphanage (see picture above). Any information or help anyone could offer me, would be fantastic – I would like to know where I came from.
With thanks,
Linsey
