As there are always a lot of questions in our groups and in the back system – we wanted to share this recent post from the city’s Exit and Entry Administration Division of Chengdu PSB offers the following services to overseas visitors in a bid to effectively prevent and control the spread of COVID-19:
Online Accommodation Registration for Overseas Visitors
Foreigners in Chengdu may log in to the official website at http://cdcrj.chengdu.gov.cn or add the PSB’s official WeChat account (QR code below, ID: ChengduCRJ) to your contact list, then proceed by selecting “Pre-registration of accommodation” module.
Online Registration for Foreign-related Organizations
Foreign-related organizations seeking registration, annual audit, alternation etc during the coronavirus epidemic may send their credentials to 3037872329@qq.com for processing. For details, please call +86 407067370.
Visa Appointment and Entrusted Services
During the coronavirus epidemic, foreigners may login the official website at http://cdcrj.chengdu.gov.cn or add the PSB’s official WeChat account (QR code below, ID: ChengduCRJ) to your contact list, then proceed by selecting “Appointment for Application” module to make and appointment for visa application.
Foreign-related enterprises and universities may arrange liaison person to apply for visas on behalf of their foreign employees or students. For details, please call +86 407067370.

Hi! Do u know if I travel from low risk country and have a stopover in Beijing on my way to chengdu,will they stop me there for quarantine?
What about rules for Inter-province travel to Chengdu? Any requirement for a 14 day quarantine as well for arrivals into Chengdu from other cities?
Domestic travel seems fine, though mostly depends on your recent travel history and Health App result. Do expect delays for health checks if you fly, so recommended to take the train.
