Animals unfortunately can get lost, especially in big cities, and we were sad to hear last week that a member of Chengdu’s international community’s dog had gone missing. We wouldn’t usually post about a lost pet, but today CCTV footage of a man stealing the dog and carrying him out of the Jinniu Wanda residential complex in a bag has emerged.
The dog, named Esper looks similar to a Pomeranian mix. His family are obviously now extremeley worried about his safety.
What is also concerning is the speed and ease the man took the dog, and quickly left the compound, meaning he may have done this before.
