Anyone is welcome to add their event on the ChengduExpat+ MiniProgram; if you’re a hotel, restaurant, bar, or club, or a community organiser. We will then publish your event, and it will be visible to thousands of our monthly users.


How Do I Add My Event ?

Via Mobile 

1) Click here or scan our MiniProgram QR code, Click “+ MORE”, and login with your account.

2) Go to events > Add Your Event (the green button on the top right).


Via Desktop

Visit our website www.chengdu-expat.com, click ‘Register’ in the top right-hand corner to register your account, then add your event.


Helpful Tips

Step 1: Select the event category.

Step 2: To choose a venue, type in the name above “Search”, then hit the search button and the right venue will hopefully appear. If the specific place isn’t listed yet, choose another venue (at random), but please add the venue name and address to the event description. We will add the new venue.

Step 3: Fill out date and time.

Step 4: Fill out event name + description + contact details + extra information. Click “Add Media” to include poster or picture. Finally, click “Submit”.


PS: Your event won’t be visible straight away, as we must approve it first.
